Comet / Tornado kits are manufactured exclusively in Mapex's own wholly owned drum production facility, and built to a level of quality only their state of the art machinery, highly trained staff and expert production techniques can guarantee. Their drum factory is one of the only facilities of its kind in the world to have achieved ISO9001 certification, the worlds standard for manufacturing excellence.

The Comet drum shells are made from hand selected basswood ply's and all kits feature ball and socket tom holders for ultimate positioning and double braced hardware throughout.

All comet kits also include a matching wood shell snare drum and are shipped with Tornado Hi Hat cymbals, a Crash/ Ride cymbal, sticks, stands, drum stool and bass pedal.

These great drums are supplied in durable, high quality Blue, Black and Burgundy wrap finishes.

Perfect for beginners or for use as a practice kit as it comes with everything you need all in one, straight out the box!

Featuring a 14x5.5 snare, 10x7 and 12x8 shallow, easy tune rack toms and a focused 16x14 floor tom, this kit is finished with a 22x16 kick that stands it's ground in any live situation.
