The transmitter has IR (infra red remote )passthrough  and a HDMI loop through  so you plug your source device such as a sky box, Freeview or Blu-Ray, DVD into this the loop through can go to a display near the transmitter (HDMI Cable required)

A receiver with a three pin Mains UK plug adaptor , this has a HDMI out put on it this can be upto 100Mters from the transmitter 

IR through allows a remote control to be used at the receiver location and the device at the transmitter location.

PLUS 3 ADDITIONAL RECEIVERS 

so yo can go from one HDMI output to 4 different HDMI inputs located remotely all wirelessly !
