Beloved of many a studio engineer and producer, used on countless hit albums, it is also one of the easiest high-end processors to use (might explain why it's so popular), as well as one of the most musical. Attack and Release are set automatically, so set the ratio, lower the threshold, and you're away (keeping an eye on the 12 segment GR meter, of course). And yes, boys, you can pump it.
