Just to let you know that the ukulele turned up safe and sound this morning - it's a beautiful thing too.
Thought the parcel might have contained a bass ukulele though from the size of it - very well-wrapped up.

What service!

Good afternoon

I am writing to tell you how impressed I was with the service I received from your staff at the Bolton Branch yesterday. I called quite late in the day needing an item for delivery today and many outlets would have not had the time for me or tried to help me as I was “only” spending £40 and, frankly, my experience of competitors in the music industry is that they simply cannot be bothered to help you out.

The call was answered by Adam who was friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He directed me to purchase online which I was happy to do as he needed to pack my order for me to receive it today. I experienced a glitch online and fearing the worst, I called back. I was passed over to Cameron who was as friendly and helpful as his colleague.

I got into to office today to see my package from HW Audio on my desk waiting for me, meaning I can fulfill two very important event bookings this weekend with ease thanks to the guys at HW Audio.

As a person who deals with deadlines and demanding customers on a daily basis I think it’s important to point out when truly great service is delivered.

So thanks once again to Adam and Cameron, and my compliments to HW Audio on an organisation that I will happily look to first in the future. If you can look after people this well for the minor purchases I am sure you have many happy customers.

The replacement Gig-Star works a treatm swift no-nonsense replacement, next day turn-around, fantastic stuff.
I'm a businessman and I work long hours in the leisure indutry, I know what it's like to be at the sharp end.
My rural location means I have to deal with a lot of companies on the web. I wish the majority of them would take

Wow! Thanks again

I am absolutely delighted with the way you have helped me get my son's POD XT up and running. Terrific help over the phone and next day delivery. It does not get any better than this.The Line 6 PX-2 arrived safely this morning, that is just 22 hours after I placed the order with you over the phone. Wow!
